The cost of the RealTDM module is paid by the applicant and included in the fees collected at the time of application. The fee is then reimbursed by the property owner if redeemed or by the successful winning bidder if sold at auction.
The RealTDM system allows for data and documents to be imported from the Tax Collectors office. This reduces the time, expense and mistakes associated with data entry.
Realauction understands that each Clerk processes tax deeds in different ways. The RealTDM software is completely customizable so the Clerk, not Realauction, determines the order in which each step of the TDM process is completed.
The RealTDM software is color coded to allow any user to easily identify the current status of any tax deed. Green items are complete, Orange items require action, and blue items are optional features. This simple color structure should permit even an inexperienced user to easily determine what items are next to completed.
All updates to any tax deed are recorded and saved in the Activity Log. This allows a user to determine what changes were made and by whom.
No more filling out green cards! The RealTDM software has been certified by the post office to generate and print certified mailing labels. The results of the certified mailings can also be automatically imported into the RealTDM system.
All case fees are automatically calculated but can be modified if necessary. One Half of the Assessed Value can also be automatically calculated for properties that are homesteaded.
The RealTDM system allows the import of any document, file or scanned image. Files can be imported manually or automatically.
