- Deposit method: counter only (cashier’s check or money order)
- Sale start time: 10 AM ET
- Payments will not be processed through our website. See details on the link above.
- Refund: For all bidders that did not win, the City will return the balance via check at the end of the sale. For those bidders that did win a sale, the deposit balance will be automatically applied toward the payment amount due.
