The City of Baltimore will host their 2021 Assignment Sale on Wednesday, May 26th at https://baltimorecity.marylandtaxsale.com. The Assignment Sale will consist of all items not sold in the 2021 Tax Sale. The items will be sold at Face Amount listed and are sold at a first come, first serve basis.
In order to participate, you must have registered and paid the $100 Registration Fee for the 2021 Tax Sale held on May 17th. You must also provide ACH bank information to purchase any items available in the Assignment Sale.
Items will be available for preview on Tuesday, May 25th. Buying begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26th. ACH Payments for all items bought will be transmitted after the batch closes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure “good funds” are available for all items purchased in the authorized account at that time.
