Bidder Orientation Training

Prior to the launch of your County’s Realauction website, our team will conduct one or more bidder orientation sessions to familiarize bidders with the online tax sale process.

Back Office Training

Realauction will fully train your staff in the use of the back office system. We offer “train the trainer” programs as well as general office staff. Because of the intuitive design of the web-based software, training is not complicated or lengthy – but can be customized to meet your individual needs.
