Lloyd McClendon
A graduate of the University of S. Florida, Mr. McClendon received his Bachelors degree in Economics in 1991.
In 1992, Lloyd started and successfully operated ProList Incorporated, a computer company specializing in the transfer of government mainframe data and database management. In 1996, ProList Inc was purchased by ISC (now First American Corporation) the nations leading provider of real estate information.
After four successful years, Mr. McClendon left First American/Transamerica in 1999 to start Delinquent Tax Resources, an information service company providing banks and financial institutions with research regarding real estate being auctioned due to unpaid taxes.
DTR is now the largest provider of delinquent tax information in Florida and has become the preferred provider of research for all major clients whose portfolios exceed $100 million dollars.
In addition to Delinquent Tax Resources, Mr. McClendon is also the co-owner of Realestat.com, a local provider of real estate information in South Florida.
Lloyd is also a popular speaker and is often invited to share his vast tax certificate knowledge at seminars across the country.

Dave Epner
David Epner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
Following in his family’s entrepreneurial footsteps, Dave spent twenty years after his graduation running a series of successful Italian restaurants.
In 1993 he joined ProList, Inc., a company specializing in the transfer of government mainframe data and database management. Dave fulfilled the role of Vice President of Operations, responsible for the general management of the business.
In 1996, ProList Inc. was purchased by ISC (now First American Corporation), the nation’s leading provider of real estate information. With ISC, Dave quickly became responsible for five departments during an especially high growth period, and was appointed National Customer Service Director.
Leveraging his 36 years of management experience, Dave joined Realauction as Director of Operations, responsible for the project management, customer service and training.
Dave is married with 2 children, 4 grandchildren and apart from babysitting in his spare time, he enjoys handwriting analysis, hang-gliding (really!), scuba diving and photography.

Craig McIntyre
Completing the senior management team is an experienced deal-maker and strategist, with an impressive resume including blue chip, government and small business achievements.
Craig McIntyre brings twenty years of sales management and business development experience gained on a regional, national and international basis in product and professional services environments, with specific expertise in software integration and online business development.
He holds strong B2B vertical experience in IT/Internet technology solution channels, strategic and process development, marketing through distributor channels and resellers, direct and online marketing, bespoke software (transactional & CRM) and emerging technologies.
Fresh from a period of leadership for an award-winning UK technology company, Craig has worked as Senior Director in a leading NASDAQ listed New York internet agency following early success in building up and selling his own multimedia business.
Craig’s client list includes CitiGroup, Sony Music, McDonalds Corporation, British Airways and GM’s Cadillac brand.
