Our Company

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Realauction.com, LLC was founded in 2004 and has grown to include more than 44 employees and serve over 71 government agencies in six states across the U.S., including:  Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Maryland and Nebraska. The company was created to assist Clerk of Courts, Sheriffs, Tax Collectors, Treasurers and Trustees in reducing administrative costs and staffing necessary for traditional ‘open cry’ auctions by allowing these sales and transactions to occur over the Internet – in accordance with recent changes in State Statutes.

Led by a professional staff that has more than 50 years of combined experience in the delinquent tax certificate industry and with government data transfers, the award-winning team at Realauction.com has previously created and managed real estate data and e-commerce solutions for some of the largest corporations in America.
