Founded in 2004, Realauction, headquartered in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, currently serves clients in 7 states with anticipated
expansion in several others.
Our company was created to provide a solution that would
reduce administrative costs for Clerks of Court, Sheriffs, Tax Collectors,
Treasurers and Trustees that conducted traditional “live” auctions.
With the modification of State Statutes to allow for an electronic
option, we launched an online platform in which our clients experienced greater efficiency and cost benefits.
Led by a professional staff that has more than 50 years of
combined experience in the delinquent tax certificate industry and with
government data transfers, the award-winning team at Realauction has previously
created and managed real estate data and e-commerce solutions for some of the
largest corporations in America.
